Recent updates
2021-10-18
We released Zesje 0.4, that implements better security through login management, ability to search for solutions according to the issued feedback, and the introduction of nested feedback options.
In addition to that, the new release contains multiple bugfixes and style updates.
Bundling submissions and new overview page
2020-05-04
The Zesje team has implemented bundling of submissions from multiple copies submitted by the same student. That means when grading you will see all student submissions for one problem concatenated.
We have redesigned the overview page and included information on time spent by the graders. We attached some screenshots below or see the new design in action here.
Multiple choice questions and grading improvements
2019-10-26
Over the past few months, we have worked on some exciting new features for Zesje. These features include multiple-choice questions, an anonymous grading mode, automatic grading, and shuffling submissions. All are now live and ready to be used.

In the past Zesje was very strict on which scanned PDFs it would allow to process. The processing pipeline was built with old Ricoh scanners at the TU Delft in mind. This led to errors with unsupported PDFs and scans that were not recognized as such.
We are happy to announce we now support every type of PDF! You are now able to upload every PDF you want, even PDFs that are not scans. Errors like the ones above are now a thing from the past.
